Memadaycare provides care services for adults. Our services include but are not limited to educational activities, meals, naps, and playtime.

2. Enrollment and Registration

To enroll your family member in our care service, you must complete the registration process, which includes providing accurate personal information, emergency contact information, and any other information required by us. You agree to update this information promptly if there are any changes.

3. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with our services in accordance with the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Fees are subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes in advance. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued according to our refund policy, which is provided at the time of enrollment.

5. Health and Safety

For the health and safety of all in our care, you agree to adhere to our health and safety policies, including but not limited to:

 

  • Informing us immediately if you have been exposed to any contagious diseases.
  • Providing up-to-date immunization records.

6. Personal Belongings

Memadaycare is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Please label all items with your name and limit the number of personal items brought to daycare.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to treat all staff, clients, and other parents with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, if your child’s behavior is disruptive or harmful to others, or if we determine that our services are not suitable for your child’s needs.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
